The organization fosters a culture of respect, teamwork, inclusion, and discipline, aiming to support the personal and athletic growth of its players. With a vision to become a national leader and international reference in the sport, Dodgeball Costa Rica is committed to making dodgeball accessible, fun, and enriching for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or ability.
