Founded in 2020, the Fédération Ivoirienne de Dodgeball (FID) serves as the official governing body for dodgeball in Côte d’Ivoire. Committed to promoting and advancing the sport, FID organizes various dodgeball events, including the Dodgeball Cup, Dodgeball Beach Cup, and Dodgeball Trampoline Sky-Zone, to engage players at all levels.

As a proud supporter of the Fédération Internationale de Dodgeball, FID strives to uphold the core values of fair play, motivation, and excellence. The federation is dedicated to organizing competitions, developing national teams, fostering relationships with other sports organizations, and ensuring the continuous growth of dodgeball across the country. Through collaboration with local clubs, governmental bodies, and international sports organizations, FID is shaping the future of dodgeball in Côte d’Ivoire.

• Raise awareness and increase the profile of Dodgeball in Côte d’Ivoire through media campaigns and public events.
• Strengthen digital and institutional communication to engage a greater number of players and partners.
• Develop strategic partnerships with public and private institutions to support the promotion of the sport.

Training

• Implement certified training programs for coaches, referees, and officials to improve technical and organizational skills.
• Introduce Dodgeball introductory programs in schools and universities to ensure the next generation.
• Organize professional development seminars and workshops for coaches and players.

Development

• Integrate Dodgeball into the education system in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education.
• Implement social inclusion projects through sports, targeting youth from disadvantaged neighborhoods and vulnerable groups.
• Develop appropriate infrastructure for the practice of Dodgeball nationwide.

Sports Project Focus

• Strengthen the competitiveness of national teams by intensifying training and participating in international tournaments.
• Win the 2025 African Cup and the 2026 World Cup.
• Organize regular national championships to structure local competitions and identify talent.
• Ensure Côte d’Ivoire’s representation in major African and global competitions to position the country as a major player in Dodgeball.
