Dodgeball Danmark is the official body for dodgeball in Denmark, founded in 2022 to grow and support the sport nationwide. While dodgeball had long been played in Copenhagen through Pan Idræt, Dodgeball Danmark was created to expand beyond the city and provide greater opportunities for players across the country.

Our mission is to develop new clubs, promote awareness, and support both recreational and competitive play for all ages. We manage the Danish national team, appoint coaches, and organize competitions, including chief ball events. With a strong focus on inclusivity, community, and talent development, we aim to raise Denmark’s profile in international dodgeball.

Dodgeball Danmark is led by a dedicated board and welcomes all members to participate in shaping the future of the sport.

Strategic Plan

1. International Participation – Compete in European and World Championships, including NEC.
2. National Team Development – Strengthen team structure, expand to foam and mixed/women’s teams, and appoint coaching staff.
3. Club Expansion – Support new clubs in cities like Aarhus and Aalborg and grow outside the metropolitan area.
4. Youth Engagement – Explore children’s teams and develop a plan to promote youth participation.
5. Community & Promotion – Raise awareness through collaborative events and visits to existing clubs.
6. Planning & Governance – Evaluate progress and prepare a new strategic plan for future growth.
