About Us
Dodge Impact Academy is a youth-focused sports organization committed to growing the game of dodgeball in Rwanda. We provide training, mentorship, and opportunities for players of all skill levels. Founded with a vision to create impact beyond sport, we believe dodgeball can inspire discipline, confidence, and leadership among young people.
Mission
To empower youth in Rwanda through dodgeball by providing quality training, fostering teamwork, and creating opportunities for personal and athletic growth.
Vision
To become the leading dodgeball academy in East Africa, producing skilled athletes, responsible leaders, and a strong, united sports community.
Objectives
- To introduce and develop dodgeball among children and youth in schools across Rwanda (both males and females)
- To identify and nurture young talent from different communities and districts.
- To create safe and inclusive sports opportunities for children from all backgrounds.
- To expand dodgeball activities, training programs, and competitions to all provinces and districts of Rwanda.
- To use sports as a tool for youth empowerment, education, discipline, and leadership development.
- To build partnerships with schools, organizations, sponsors, and communities to support youth development through sports.
- To provide structured programs that encourage healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and self-confidence among young people.
